Everything was pretty good, the staff especially. The room was nice and the swimming pool is also worth mentioning.
The staff, although very nice, was surprisingly slow. Eating dinner easily became a 1.5 h activity. Also the internet connection was incredibly slow, if at all functioning.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kota Kinabalu. The location was perfect, with malls and the airport nearby. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. I especially loved the surprise Xmas cookies they gave us on Christmas Eve. I highly recommend this hotel for families and friends looking for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

The only thing that hotel provide is the shuttle bus but limit of time and passenger.
the rate of the hotel is far expensive and there is no extra facility like TV channel. The food are also very expensive and the service level is poor. The hotel does not know how to confirm a check in service for business ppl like us.

Rooms are new, clean, spacious and hotel is located within city center
We are a regular guest to Ming since it opened for business, but recently when we booked we were given a stinky smoking room despite stating for a non-smoker'S. When my husband requested to change to a non- smoking room the receptionist refused and said he will have to upgrade room if he wanted that.. I went to see that receptionist and showed our booking clearly indicating a non smoking room request & informed her we are a regular there. Frankly, if she had refused again or forced that room 310 on us.. We'd walk off and it'll be the last

It was great. I stayed here with my husband for Valentines' Day and the staff were excellent. The room was very comfortable. And alot of options were given to the hotel customers during buffet meals.
However on the last day of our stay, the lift temporary broke down.. i suppose, in the morning lasting for about 15 minutes I think? Other that that it was okay. It seldom happens as I can see the surprise in the staffs' face. But the problem was solved quickly when a hotel technician came.
